YELW — Terms of Service
Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 15 July 2026 · Last updated: 15 July 2026
Preamble — how to read these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the YELW mobile applications (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play), the website at https://yelw.ai, and all related content, features, and services (together, the "Service").
The Service is operated by YELW, a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and based in Amman, Jordan ("YELW," "we," "us," or "our"). YELW is the controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at the contact points in Section 21.
YELW is a Christian faith and wellness application that brings Body, Soul, and Spirit together into one daily experience for young people — wellness tracking, a private journal, a private "Safe-Doubt" space for honest faith questions, mood check-ins and gratitude, an AI companion and supportive faith-guide, devotionals and Scripture reading, quizzes and daily missions, audio playlists, a creative Icon/Poem generator, and a coins-and-badges rewards layer. It is available in English and Arabic.
Please read Section 3 ("Not professional advice") and Section 4 ("AI features and AI-generated content") carefully. They define what YELW is and what you may rely on it for. YELW is not a medical, psychological, crisis, or emergency service.
Certain provisions materially affect your legal rights — including Section 15 (Disclaimers of Warranty), Section 16 (Limitation of Liability), Section 17 (Indemnification), and Section 18 (Governing Law and Forum) — and are subject to the mandatory consumer-protection and minor-protection carve-outs in Section 19.
Defined terms are introduced in bold and used consistently throughout.
1. Acceptance of these Terms; guardian consent for minors
1.1 Your agreement
By creating an account, or by accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.2 Who may agree
You may agree to these Terms, and use the Service, only if:
- you are at least 13 years old (the minimum eligibility age — see Section 2); and
- you either (a) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or (b) are a minor whose parent or legal guardian has provided the consent described in Section 1.3 and has accepted these Terms on your behalf.
1.3 Minors and guardian consent
The Service is designed for young people, and we build it on the assumption that minors are present. Any user under the age of 18 is a minor for the purpose of these Terms. The following applies to minors, and to any user under the applicable digital-consent age in their country:
- A parent or legal guardian ("Guardian") must review these Terms and provide consent via email-based verification before a minor's account is used for any elevated activity, and before any processing of the minor's personal data that requires such consent, in the manner described in the Privacy Policy. This guardian-consent step is a GDPR Article 8 / local digital-consent-age mechanism for minors aged 13–17, proportionate to the low-risk processing involved; it is not a COPPA under-13 verifiable-parental-consent flow, since under-13 users are blocked entirely.
- A minor's account is private by default. The Guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for supervising the minor's use of the Service, consistent with the Guardian's role and applicable law.
- A Guardian's control is limited to consent, account, and data-rights functions. As set out in the Privacy Policy, a Guardian never gains access to the minor's Private Journal or Safe-Doubt content — those remain the young person's own. Nothing in these Terms grants a Guardian a contractual right to that content.
- Where the law requires re-confirmation of consent, a fresh consent step, or additional age-assurance for a particular feature, completing that step is a condition of continued access to that feature.
1.4 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as described in Section 20. Your continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to the notice and — where required — renewed-consent rules in that Section.
2. Eligibility and age
2.1 Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not permit or knowingly create accounts for children under 13, and we do not knowingly process their personal data. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will close it and delete the associated data.
YELW is a general-audience application with a minimum age of 13. It is not submitted to or operated under Apple's Kids Category: it uses accounts, email and third-party (Google/Apple) sign-in, and personalised faith and wellness features, all of which fall outside the Kids Category. Users under 13 are not permitted.
2.2 Age bands
We apply age-appropriate treatment as summarized below. This is a plain-language summary; the operative controls live in the Privacy Policy.
| Band | Treatment |
|---|---|
| Under 13 | Not eligible. No account, no data processing. |
| At or above the applicable digital-consent age, and under 18 | Account permitted with a private-by-default minor profile and safest defaults. Certain activities are gated behind Guardian consent (email-based verification). |
| 18 and over | Full feature set, with privacy-forward defaults. |
Where a country's digital-consent age is higher than 13 (for example, 13–16 across the EU/EEA), Guardian consent (via email-based verification) is required for users below that local age before any processing that depends on it.
2.3 Age assurance and honesty
You agree to provide an accurate date of birth at sign-up. Self-declared age is the floor, not the ceiling: we may apply additional, proportionate age-assurance checks and may suspend, restrict, or remove an account where we have a reasonable basis to believe a user has misrepresented their age or does not meet the eligibility requirements. Providing false age information, or using another person's account or credentials to circumvent age-gating, is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Geographic scope
The Service is listed globally on the app stores and is focused on users in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and on English- and Arabic-speaking users. It may not be available, or may be limited, in some territories. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of the place from which you access the Service.
3. Not professional advice — please read carefully
This Section defines the limits of what YELW is. Your agreement to these Terms depends on your understanding of it.
3.1 YELW is not a healthcare, mental-health, or crisis service
The Service — including its devotionals, AI companion, AI faith-guide, supportive counselor feature, mood and gratitude tools, journaling prompts, and Safe-Doubt space — is provided for encouragement, reflection, education, and spiritual formation only. It is not:
- a medical, psychiatric, or psychological service, and it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or clinical care of any physical or mental health condition;
- a crisis, emergency, suicide-prevention, or safety-monitoring service; or
- a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a qualified physician, licensed mental-health professional, or other healthcare provider.
No content in the Service creates a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other professional-care relationship between you and YELW.
3.2 Always consult a professional; never delay care
Never disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional medical or mental-health advice because of something you read, generated, or were shown in the Service. Any wellbeing content — including body, soul, and spirit tracking, habit suggestions, and reflective prompts — is general wellbeing information, not medical or dietary advice, and may not be suitable for you. Consult a qualified professional before acting on it, especially if you have, or may have, a health condition.
3.3 Faith and soul-care features are not clinical care
Devotional content, prayer, the supportive counselor feature, and the Safe-Doubt space are spiritual and pastoral support only. They are not licensed counseling, therapy, or medical advice, are not a substitute for professional care, and do not create a therapeutic or fiduciary relationship.
3.4 In a crisis, contact emergency services
If you or someone else is in danger, or if you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency or thinking about harming yourself or others, please stop and contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline right away. The Service may show region-appropriate crisis resources: deterministic distress signposting runs on defined signals and is shown independently of the AI's output, and these resources are always free — never placed behind a paywall, throttled, or gamified. But the Service is not a substitute for emergency services and must never be relied on as one. YELW does not guarantee that every instance of distress will be detected, that any resource will be surfaced, or that any person will respond.
3.5 No monitoring or duty to act
Except where a specific legal duty applies, YELW does not continuously monitor your private content and does not undertake to detect, prevent, or respond to any particular instance of distress, risk, or harm. Any safety or crisis-signposting feature is provided on a reasonable-efforts, "as-available" basis and is not a promise of intervention.
4. AI features and AI-generated content
4.1 How our AI works
Parts of the Service generate content using AI models that YELW runs on its own self-hosted servers — including the AI companion, the faith-guide, the supportive counselor feature, devotional and reflection prompts, quizzes, and the creative Icon/Poem generator.
AI inference runs entirely on YELW's own infrastructure and is never sent to any third-party AI or large-language-model provider. In addition, the contents of your Private Journal and your Safe-Doubt conversations are never used to train AI models and never used to power recommendations. They are encrypted at rest and readable only by you. (See the Privacy Policy for full detail.)
4.2 AI output may be wrong
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation, and may not reflect sound theology, sound guidance, or your own convictions. We aim to keep AI output grounded and safe, and to make it refuse rather than guess on out-of-scope questions — but we do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, reliable, complete, or fit for any purpose. Use your own judgment, and treat AI output as a starting point for reflection, never as authoritative advice.
4.3 Scripture citations
Where the Service displays a Scripture reference, that reference is drawn from a curated, vetted content corpus — it is not invented by the model. Even so, please verify any quotation against a trusted translation, and be aware that any AI paraphrase or commentary around a citation may still err.
4.4 Faith features are educational, not revelation
Interactive faith features are educational and devotional tools. They are not prophecy, revelation, divination, or a message from God or any real person, and must not be treated as such. YELW does not warrant the doctrinal correctness of any output, and disputed theological questions may be presented as disputed rather than resolved.
4.5 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or act on AI-generated content, and for anything you create with the AI tools in the Service.
5. Description of the Service
The Service currently offers, among other things: Body / Soul / Spirit wellness tracking; an encrypted Private Journal readable only by you; the private Safe-Doubt space for honest faith questions (encrypted, owner-only); mood check-ins and gratitude entries; an AI companion, a faith-guide, and a supportive counselor feature; quizzes and daily missions; gamification with coins, XP, badges, and streaks; devotionals and Scripture reading; audio playlists; a creative Icon/Poem generator; Guardian-consent (email-based verification) handling for minors; and full self-service data export and permanent account deletion from inside the app.
Features vary by region, language, platform, age band, and phase of rollout, and may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued, subject to Section 20 and applicable consumer law.
Community features are not part of this version. The current Service has no community feed, no posts, stories, or photo uploads, no public profiles, no social graph, and no direct messaging. Any content you create — your journal, your Safe-Doubt questions, your check-ins — is private to your account. We may introduce community or social features in a future version; if we do, they will be governed by updated terms presented to you before those features become available, and any features that involve minors will carry their own safeguards and consent controls.
6. Your account and security
6.1 Registration
To use the Service you must create an account, providing accurate, current, and complete information (including a valid email and your date of birth) and keeping it up to date. You may be able to register or sign in using Google or Apple sign-in; their terms also apply to that process.
6.2 Credentials and responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account. Notify us promptly at security@yelw.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6.3 One account; accuracy
You may hold only one account unless we permit otherwise. Creating multiple or fraudulent accounts — including to farm coins or evade a suspension — is a breach of these Terms (see Sections 8 and 12).
7. Purchases and billing
7.1 Free by default
The Service is free to use, and its faith- and safety-critical features — the daily devotional and verse, the Private Journal, the Safe-Doubt space, mood and gratitude check-ins, and crisis signposting — are always free and are never placed behind a paywall.
7.2 Any paid features are billed through the app stores
If we offer any paid feature or subscription, it is processed by Apple or Google through their in-app purchase systems, not directly by YELW. Prices, taxes, currencies, auto-renewal terms, free-trial terms, and refund handling are governed by the applicable App Store or Google Play terms and your account settings with those platforms. In general, any subscription auto-renews until cancelled and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the applicable store under its policies, except where mandatory consumer law (Section 19) gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal directly from us.
7.3 Coins are never sold
Coins and other in-app rewards cannot be purchased with real money and are not sold. See Section 8.
8. Coins, XP, badges, and streaks
8.1 Rewards are earned, not bought, and have no monetary value
"Coins" (together with XP, badges, and streaks) are a virtual, in-app engagement reward earned through use of the Service. Coins are earned, not bought: you cannot purchase them with real money. Coins are not money, not a stored-value or payment instrument, have no cash value, and confer no ownership, credit, or property right. You cannot buy, sell, transfer, trade, or redeem coins for cash, and they are non-transferable between accounts.
8.2 What rewards can do
Coins and other rewards may be used only within the Service, for in-app items and cosmetic unlocks that we make available from time to time. We may add, remove, reprice, expire, cap, or adjust earn rates and catalog items to keep the rewards economy balanced and to prevent abuse, subject to applicable law.
8.3 Anti-abuse
We may suspend, reduce, reverse, or void balances obtained through error, fraud, bot activity, self-dealing, multiple-account abuse, or any breach of these Terms. Rewards earned in error or in violation of these Terms confer no rights. On account closure or termination, any unredeemed coins are forfeited and expire, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to, and not to enable or encourage others to:
- misuse the AI features — for example by trying to make them produce content that is illegal, that sexualizes or endangers a minor, or that promotes or facilitates self-harm, suicide, disordered eating, or harm to others;
- use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse another person, or to weaponize doctrine or spiritually manipulate or religiously abuse anyone;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation, age, or identity;
- spam, phish, distribute malware, or run bots, scrapers, or automated collection against the Service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, model weights, prompts, or safety systems of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- probe, bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with the Service's safety, capacity, rate-limiting, age-gating, or access controls, or the self-hosted AI's guardrails;
- attempt to farm, launder, or fabricate coins or other rewards, or exploit bugs for gain; or
- use the Service to build a competing product, or to train or fine-tune any AI model, without our prior written consent.
We have zero tolerance for any conduct that sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or abuses a minor. We report such conduct to the appropriate authorities and preserve evidence as required by law.
Violation of this Section may result in feature restriction, suspension, termination, and — where warranted — referral to law enforcement.
10. Your content
10.1 Your content stays yours and stays private
The Service does not host public or shared user content in this version. Anything you create — journal entries, Safe-Doubt questions, check-ins, and works you make with the creative tools — is private to your account. As between you and YELW, you retain ownership of your content.
10.2 The limited permission you give us
You grant YELW only the limited permission needed to store, secure, and display your content back to you so we can provide the Service. For your Private Journal and Safe-Doubt content, that permission is narrower still: we use those surfaces only to provide the feature to you and to meet legal or safety obligations, and we do not use their contents to train AI models or to power recommendations. We do not publish, sell, or share your content with other users. When you delete content or your account, our permission ends, except for the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy and Section 12.
10.3 Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free permission to use it without obligation to you.
11. Third-party services and platforms
The Service relies on third parties, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, sign-in providers, and our hosting, storage, and email infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content. The Apple and Google platform-required terms appear in Section 21.
12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
12.1 Your right to leave
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your content — including your journal and Safe-Doubt threads — is erased, with a short operational window of up to 30 days for encrypted backups to cycle out, after which only minimal records we are legally required to keep remain. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
12.2 Our rights
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, or remove content, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the law, created a safety or security risk (especially to a minor), or where required to comply with a legal obligation. Where a breach is minor and curable and the law requires it, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.
12.3 Effect of termination
On termination: your permission to use the Service ends; unredeemed coins are forfeited (Section 8.3); and the Sections that by their nature should survive (including 3, 4, 8, 10, 13, 14, and 15–19, and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination) survive.
13. Intellectual property
The Service, and all software, models, prompts, designs, text, graphics, audio, the YELW name, logo, and brand elements, and the curated content corpus, are owned by YELW or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You get no other rights; all rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party content (including Scripture translations and licensed audio) may be subject to additional terms.
14. Data protection and your privacy rights
Your privacy is central to YELW. Our full practices are set out in the Privacy Policy. In summary:
14.1 Controller and representatives
YELW, Amman, Jordan, is the controller of your personal data. For the EU/EEA and for the United Kingdom, YELW will appoint a representative as required under Article 27 of the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR respectively. Until those representatives are individually named in the Privacy Policy, they can be reached via privacy@yelw.ai.
14.2 No advertising, no data sales, no child profiling
We show no third-party advertising, we do not sell or rent your personal data, we do not track you across other apps or services, and we do not carry out behavioural profiling of children.
14.3 Where your data is hosted
Your personal data is primarily hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Under data-processing agreements, we use: DigitalOcean for application and database hosting in the EU region; Cloudflare for object storage and content delivery; and a third-party email-delivery provider for transactional email. The whole data store is encrypted at rest, with additional per-user encryption for the Private Journal and Safe-Doubt surfaces.
14.4 Retention
We keep your personal data while your account is active. On deletion, erasure is immediate and permanent, with a short operational window of up to 30 days for encrypted backups to cycle out. Inactive accounts are reviewed after 24 months and may then be closed and permanently purged. We retain only minimal legal-hold and audit records where the law requires.
14.5 Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability (export), restriction, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise access, export, and deletion directly inside the app, and you may contact us for any right at privacy@yelw.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.
15. Disclaimers of warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to Section 19:
The Service, including all content and all AI-generated output, is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that: the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free; that any AI-generated content, Scripture citation, devotional, or wellbeing content is accurate, complete, doctrinally sound, or suitable for you; that any safety or crisis-signposting feature will detect any particular signal or produce any particular outcome; or that defects will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from the Service, creates any warranty not expressly stated here.
Nothing in this Section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law (see Section 19).
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to Section 16.3 and Section 19:
16.1 Excluded damages
YELW and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the Service, including any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content, on devotional or wellbeing content, or on the presence, absence, timing, or outcome of any safety or crisis feature, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16.2 Liability cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50 (or the local-currency equivalent).
16.3 Carve-outs that always apply
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including (where applicable) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any liability that mandatory consumer-protection or minor-protection law (Section 19) does not permit to be excluded. Because YELW is used by minors, these carve-outs are significant and the cap in Section 16.2 does not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law — and not to the extent you are a consumer or a minor whose local law prohibits such an indemnity (see Section 19) — you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YELW and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms or of any law; (b) your misuse of the Service, including any conduct endangering a minor; or (c) your infringement of a third party's rights. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to this Section, and you will cooperate with us.
18. Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
Before starting any formal proceeding, please first contact us at legal@yelw.ai so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
Nothing in this Section deprives a consumer of the right to bring proceedings in, or removes the protection of the mandatory laws of, their country of residence where those rights cannot be waived (see Section 19).
19. Mandatory consumer-protection and minor-protection carve-outs
Several provisions above — the warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and forum — apply only to the extent permitted by the mandatory law that protects you. In particular:
- EU / EEA / UK consumers retain non-excludable statutory rights, including rights as to conformity and defective digital content and services, unfair-terms protections, the right to bring proceedings in their home courts, statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights, and the protections of the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the UK Age-Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code); nothing here waives them.
- US consumers retain rights under applicable state consumer-protection and auto-renewal laws and under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), under which we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- MENA consumers retain the protections of applicable national consumer-protection, e-commerce, and data-protection and minor-protection laws, including the Jordan PDPL, the Saudi Arabia PDPL, and the UAE PDPL.
- Minors: where a provision (such as the indemnity or the liability cap) is unenforceable against a minor or their Guardian under local law, it does not apply to them.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable against you under the mandatory law protecting you, that provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice (for example by in-app notice or email) before they take effect, and — where the change concerns a minor, or where consent is the legal basis — we will, where required, obtain renewed consent (including renewed Guardian consent) rather than rely on continued use. If community or social features are introduced in a future version, we will present the applicable updated terms before those features become available to you. If you do not accept a material change, your remedy is to stop using and delete your account. Non-material changes take effect when posted. We keep the effective date at the top of these Terms current.
21. App-store and platform-required terms
Your use of the Service via the Apple App Store or Google Play is additionally subject to the applicable platform's terms, and the following apply.
21.1 Apple
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and YELW only, not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the extent permitted by law, any warranty is YELW's responsibility, not Apple's, and Apple's sole warranty obligation (if any) is to refund the purchase price. YELW, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any product-liability, legal or regulatory, or third-party intellectual-property claim relating to the Service. You represent that you are not located in a US-embargoed country or on a US prohibited-party list and will comply with applicable export laws. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's minimum usage-rules terms apply and prevail to the extent of any conflict for the Apple-provided app.
21.2 Google Play
Your use of the app obtained from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Play program policies; to the extent of any conflict for that distribution, those terms apply.
21.3 Store age ratings and youth policies
The Service is submitted with an honest age rating and is intended to comply with Apple's and Google's family and youth-safety policies. Store-level age gates and parental-control tools may apply in addition to our own age-gating.

22.2 General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and YELW regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect (see Section 19).
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Language. These Terms are provided in English and Arabic. Where local law requires the Arabic version to govern for consumers in a given market, the Arabic version governs for those consumers; otherwise, the English version governs in the event of a conflict.
